I’m currently looking for experienced PEGA Developers for our innovative clients. We have regularly open positions in this area, therefore we are happy to receive any application, irrespective of your current availability, but you should be available in a foreseeable future.
We are only interested in candidates with practical commercial experience.

Since we operate mostly on the German market, freelancers can expect to undergo a basic cultural and legal training (especially those without experience with German customers), as the rules for freelancing in Germany are very different than in other countries. As part of the legal requirements, freelancers on the German market cannot have any other benefits than the hourly / daily rate.

Job description:
- (Further) development of applications on the Pega platform
- Consulting with stakeholders to understand and analyze their business needs and issues
- Develop custom Pega-based software solutions tailored to their complex business processes
- Leading small to medium sized development teams and streams, and developing more inexperienced colleagues within the team
- Continuous identification and conception of process and solution optimizations
- Supporting our customers in the implementation and rollout of software solutions
Requirements:
- Successfully passed Pega certification(s) as (Senior) System Architect
- Professional experience in this environment
- Very good time management as well as independent working style, even with complex customer requirements
- Team player with great initiative and enjoys working in agile project teams
- Knowledge of build chains and test automation is advantageous
- Willingness to learn new technologies
- Fluent in written and spoken English, knowledge of German is an advantage (but not mandatory)
- Confident and customer-oriented appearance
